Mind if I ask what sort of tool or program is used to make such pixelart animations?

I use Pyxel, altho I am planning to learn Aseprite since it is more suitable for animations, ultimately tho, it doesn't matter all that much what you use as long as youre comfortable I also use an Intuis tablet, just drawing with a pen feels a lot more natural for me than a mouse.
