Hi and hello! I don't know how YCH works, but you should add snipe protection to your future adopts.
The bid at the auction itself can be at your discretion; additional panels can be paid for separately outside the auction bid.

Really? No limit? Would payment be separate from the auction or included? (I.e. do all bids go to the “comic slot” and we’d need to pay post-auction for extra panels? Or are extra panels included in the bid?)
