Good call on your part! I sent a email to them and haven't heard nothing back. I'm thinking that someone did a full buyout of a character and sent the money as "Friends or Family" in PayPal, just to have Tucker run away with the money. Happy that I sent the money for the character as "Good and Service".... But still get to wait till the 23rd.
I hope you can get the money back, I'm sorry I can't give you any other advice :-(. I have never sent payments on Paypal. But if one day you want a character, you can stop by my gallery. Or send me a message, I like to make adoptive femboys characters. I wish you the best, and that you emerge victorious from this problem.

I wanted to see if you did pay them for anything, and if you got it? https://ping.commishes.com/@MrTucker/ I ask since I won a character adopt from them and paid them, but they since diapered. Sent the payment for Good/Services, I filed a dispute but get to wait 20 days unless they say something.
