I use the description from the AI, and create it myself (image). Sometimes I give him my description of the character so that he can add some elements (in writing), after which I create the image visually.
But its only the writing that is AI? Then that's much different. While AI writing is bland and unimaginative, I am more than happy to know that you aren't just regurgitating images from AISlop <3 I will say, if you want character concept ideas/soundboard, find someone willing to sit with you and throw it back and forth. Pople come up with much, MUCH cooler ideas and concepts.
when i was asked the question i immediately answered as is, where was it said that i completely rely on ai in creating my concepts? i use it only when i want to get an additional idea for an image
