The only other payment methods I've used before were Ko-fi, and buymeacoffee. But I've known NSFW artists that have had issues with those. Especially if they attach it to their PP. Which I don't recommend.

By slightly I mean I can change the direction and position of individual parts of the body like arms/legs/head easily. but if the changes are big, like completely changing the position of the upper body, where I will have to adjust arms, head, etc., then it will take time. in general, any changes are allowed within the framework of preserving the original idea! ^^
