Paypal is not allowing me to send payment to you for security reasons. This seems really shady to me, so I think I have no choice but to back out of this adopt. Good luck with your future sales, this is honestly the first time I've seen this.

No, no. I understand, I just didn't see the email right away. And still no luck, anytime I try to send the money to you, I only get this screen. I'm new with Paypal too so I'm not sure what's going on here. :(
