Log into your paypal and there should be an option on the details of your invoice to report an issue, you can fill out the form there explaining that the design was stolen and the seller scammed you and you hopefully will be able to get a refund

Yes! I bought the "shark girl" adoptable that they posted a few times and was contacted on toyhouse with a link to the actual character. They also used the same paypal account for this account and another YCH account that was already flagged as an art thief. The original artist is sharkrival on toyhouse, and it appears that most or not all of the designs on this account are also by Yes!
