I don't want to alarm anyone or step on any toes, but I've been hearing from many artists that PayPal has indeed blocked accounts from Russian banks. Idk if that affects you or not, but I wanted to make sure you had the heads up.

I can confirm that the website went down for 4+ hours with just 10 minutes to go. I was watching the bidding, wondering who was going to win. (I wasn't going to bid. I don't have that much saved up)
