I am so sorry, I don't know if you can see this but I'm having trouble accessing my messages and pings on commishes. I'm not intentionally ignoring you about it, I am waiting to hear back on what the problem is.

It’s been two months after payment and the artist JUST responded to tell me that they can’t refund my payment after ignoring me for month, but for me to file a claim through PayPal instead of just giving my money back, of which I sent extra to be nice. :/
