Paypal is a 50/50 on whether the seller lives somewhere i can send money to I was told hipolink was relatively new and was prone to bug and is ironically enough the one where i've had a 100% success rate when making transactions
If i had a dollar for every time paypal didn't allow me to send money because of bullshit international laws or an alternative paying platform/method straight up breaking i don't even know how much i'd have but you better bet it's a lot because i fucking lost count
Most of the time the method of payment the seller requires is unavailable in my country or if i have access to it it just refuses to send due to some laws i wasn't even aware of. And i can't help but feel bad because i'm wasting the seller's time because of this
Something i'm often concerned about is the way i speak with the other person. Am i too formal? Maybe,i'm just like that so the seller doesn't know i'm fucking nervous behind the screen and that if i say anything wrong they'll get angry at me
