Could you do your bidders a favor and add sniping protection to your future auctions? I just missed out on this peice because some fuckhead decided to be cheeky and snipe your auction. If you've ever had that happen to you before you know exactly how frustrating that is, and the 'best' part is there's nothing the guy on the receiving end can do about it.

After the auction is completed you should get an email tagged [CRM] which will link you to where the creators of this site intend people to sort out the details of the commission. Most artists I've bought from just use it to get in email contact with their winners and
