Not a scam artist, I contacted the paypal address, which is a friend of him. He says that the artist might have drafted into the army a week ago.

I actually got notified of an admin. but instead of thinking of a sacm, I just emailed the email on the paypal. The paypal was managed by an friend, and he told me that cansy.art got drafted into the army on dec 8th or 9th.
