You should have put the starting price at $60 then because it is kinda false advertising right now. So currently the guy with the $10 bid will not get anything then and that will look bad on you if no one bids $60 or more.

This is a very nice looking YCH image, but your payment tiers will make several people avoid it. At a minimum of $46 for color, the other options might as well not even be there since most people don't want to pay up to $45 for a single sketch or lineart of their character. Perhaps reconsider your pricing tiers to gain more interest in this.

Prior to this site I had never heard of QIWI. PayPal is generally a widely accepted payment method nearly worldwide though and it is fairly easy to set one up. If you do resubmit this one then I will certainly throw a bit at it. :)
