Hi! I think you can get something like this starting with flat colored sketch + simple shading (but I'm not sure about the highlights), but obviously with each tier higher you get more detailed work. To get perfectly accurate like the example I suggest either full colored sketch or full art. Anyway, I have examples of each tier under the auction, so you can compare and choose what suits you best <3.
