FYI PayPal fees have been on a flexible sliding scale recently - higher fees for higher amounts. If you want to bypass the fees I would suggest setting a higher price - 95% of people are not gonna adjust their PayPal payment because you want to bypass fees, because PayPal doesnt tell us the fee schedules.
