yes, the character will belong entirely to you, you can do whatever you want with it, even resell it later if you need it. The maximum that will remain on this job from me is a signature that is adopt by my authorship. I will remove all watermarks

No problem. I didn't mean to sound like I was saying that you didn't like drawing or something it very much looks like you love drawing characters I was just trying to say that you could somehow try and approach doing work differently so you get less burnt out.
