I havent ordered a comm on this site before so i am a bit unsure if i just bid the price that would correspond with what i want, or just put the starting price, then we work it out in conversion and adjust price then?

But if it is necessary to bid in the time remaining the auction, so that when the auction ends, said chat is automatically created. I do not know if I understand D:
